COVID-19 Application Process

TPMC manages the following residential communities: Garden Walk, Tuscany Cove, Edison Terraces, Edison Towers and Edison Place. Our leasing offices remain closed to the public but are accessible by phone and email.

The continued spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) has raised understandable concerns for us all. The well-being of our residents, employees and prospective residents is TPMC’s greatest concern and your comfort and safety remain our chief priority. As this situation evolves many events and processes are being cancelled, postponed, or moved to online formats.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely, following guidance from local health authorities to ensure our practices are aligned with the latest recommendations. Accordingly, we will update residents and prospective residents as to our date for reopening.

Directions for applying online

  • Scroll down and click to download our fillable leasing application form. Please note this form cannot be filled on a mobile device.
  • Save the form to your computer and reopen it in Adobe Reader or the default program.** N.B. You will not be able to access full form functionality by filling it in the web browser. Adobe Reader may be downloaded here for free if needed.
  • Read ALL instructions carefully and complete the application.
  • Return the form by clicking the SUBMIT FORM button along with the required checklist items found on page one of the application form. (If having difficulties, you may email the form and required documents to the applicable leasing office. Select the appropriate email address from our contact information.)
  • Select your preferred method of payment and submit the application fee (See Make a Payment Online). Remember to include your full name and phone number in the memo section.

*You may also print and fill the form manually OR print the completed form and sign manually if preferred.

**If you are on a public computer, make sure to save your form to an external drive/memory stick/cloud storage. You may also email it to yourself and/or print for your files. Delete your document before leaving or logging out.

Upon receipt of the application and fee, our leasing associates may contact you via phone or email to discuss your application. Please note your application cannot be processed unless all requested information is provided. Should you have any questions concerning the application process, please contact the leasing office for your respective community.

Make A Payment

We invite you to utilize this online portal for payment until further notice. An $85 non-refundable application fee is required for every adult applicant (18 years and over). Payment of application fees and deposits ONLY may be made securely via Paypal or Stripe using the respective buttons below. Rent payments will NOT be accepted through this online portal.
